The Robotic Rehab & Relief Local Student “Mindset Matters” Scholarship
We are looking for a local student-athlete who demonstrates grit, discipline, and resilience—on the field and in life. If you’re a graduating senior from a Lake Orion or Oxford School (private or public) who has these traits, this scholarship is for you.
The "Mindset Matters" Scholarship
This $500 Scholarship is for a local Senior Student-Athlete who exemplifies the discipline, determination, and resilience necessary to succeed in sports and beyond.
Eligibility
– Graduating senior (Class of 2025) in a Lake Orion or Oxford High School (private or public)
– 3.0 GPA or higher
– Participation in a team or individual sport
– Registered to attend college in fall of 2025
– Willing to attend an in-person award presentation at Robotic Rehab & Relief in Lake Orion and will allow postings of their achievements (parents must sign for minors)
What You’ll Need
– Online application
– One letter of recommendation (from a coach, teacher, or counselor)
– Copy of report card with 3.0 GPA or higher
– Personal essay
Essay Prompt
“What lessons have you learned through your sport, and how do you apply them in your everyday life?” (up to 500 words)
Important Dates
– Application Deadline: June 2, 2025
– Winners Announced: June 15, 2025
– In-Person Presentation: Held at Robotic Rehab & Relief in Lake Orion, MI: TBD.
