At Robotic Rehab & Relief, every treatment is built upon your needs and goals. We start with an assessment to determine the root cause of your issue, looking at the entire kinetic chain. We then combine advanced hands-on therapy with the precision of the RX2600 Therapeutic Robot to relieve restrictions and restore muscle balance. Next, you are provided with personalized exercises to restore and maintain functional movement.
Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, working to improve performance or looking for injury prevention, your care is always personalized to provide you with the lasting results you desire and deserve.
We believe everyone is an athlete in their own life. That’s why we use sports physical therapy principles to optimize movement, build strength, and reduce the risk of future injuries. Whether you’re training, working, or simply staying active every session is built entirely around your body, no guesswork, no generic plans, no wasted time.
Innovative robotic physical therapy in Lake Orion, Michigan. Our highly trained Physical Therapists use the RX2600 Therapeutic Robot, to target deep muscle restrictions that limit movement, cause pain, and disrupt performance. The RX2600 delivers controlled pressure, heat, and vibration to lengthen muscles, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery beyond what hands alone can achieve.
Dry needling targets specific trigger points with precision. By using precise, targeted dry needling techniques, we release deeply held muscle tension to resort mobility and reset functional movement patterns. Dry needling pairs well with the RX2600 as the needling can be used in smaller or more sensitive areas.
It shouldn’t hurt to play. Inner elbow pain does not just affect your golf game. It disrupts your daily movement patterns and quality of life. Our TPI Medical Level 3 Trained physical therapist evaluates how your entire body moves through the golf swing to correct the true source of stress on the elbow.
Cupping targets restricted tissue and fascial tension by creating negative pressure that lifts and decompresses the skin, muscles, and connective tissue. This increases circulation, improves tissue mobility, and helps release stubborn adhesions that limit movement and contribute to pain. Cupping pairs well with the RX2600 by preparing the tissue and improving circulation so deeper structures can respond more effectively to treatment.
• Myofascial Decompression
Releases tight, restricted fascia and superficial muscle layers that limit motion and contribute to pain and stiffness.
• Improved Circulation & Recovery
Increases blood flow and lymphatic drainage to support healing, reduce inflammation, and speed recovery.
• Improved Movement & Tissue Mobility
Enhances glide between tissue layers so the body can move more freely, efficiently, and without compensation.
Even with the best tools in the business hands matter. Hands on manual physical therapy restores joint motion, reduces stiffness, and releases built up muscle tension that limits movement. It is a foundational part of how we provide you with lasting results.
Expert hands delivering you relief. Soft tissue mobilization targets tight muscles, fascia, and connective tissues that restrict movement and create pain. It is a key part of restoring healthy motion and tissue glide.
Targeted pain physical therapy is about finding the source of your pain is the key to the relief you deserve. Our targeted pain relief approach focuses on resolving the true source of pain rather than treating symptoms. We combine robotic physical therapy, dry needling, hands on care, and movement retraining to restore comfort, mobility, and confidence in movement.
IASTM, also known as scraping, is an instrument assisted soft tissue therapy used to break down scar tissue, improve mobility, and restore healthy movement patterns. It is especially effective for chronic pain, tight muscles, and overuse injuries.
Physical therapy exercises are part of the Rehab phase of our Reset • Rehab • Relief approach — designed to restore strength, stability, and movement control so results last beyond the clinic. Through targeted, personalized exercise programs, we retrain proper movement patterns, correct imbalances, and build long-term resilience.
• Targeted Strength & Stability
Builds support around joints and tissues to reduce strain, improve control, and prevent reinjury.
• Movement Retraining
Corrects faulty patterns and restores efficient movement so the body can function the way it was designed to.
• Long-Term Results & Injury Prevention
Creates lasting change by improving how muscles work together during daily life and sport.
Your journey starts with an Initial Evaluation & Treatment Session. During this visit, we assess your needs, develop a personalized treatment plan, and begin targeted therapy.
After discussing any relevant medical history, our highly trained physical therapists conduct a movement assessment to identify muscle imbalances and areas of tension throughout the kinetic chain.
*While results cannot be guaranteed, most patients start to experience relief in just a few sessions. It typically takes 8-12 sessions for us to provide the long lasting relief you deserve.
Our approach to providing you with the relief you deserve can be broken down into three phases
RESET – During the Reset Phase our therapists assess you to find the true source of your issue. Then targeted therapy is provided to relieve pain and restore proper movement patterns.
REHAB – The Rehab Phase consists of further restoring muscular balance and correcting movement patterns. People often find that pain relief and improved movement tend to start lasting longer during this phase.
RELIEF – During the Relief Phase our focus shifts to improving muscle weaknesses and making sure you can maintain proper movement patterns under load. This provides you with lasting relief.
